To be frank, I’ve had some bad experiences with predatory Toyota service departments. But Dave has earned my trust, which is why I come to Jim Shorkey Toyota. Many dealerships have lost sight of the truth that you can shear a sheep over and over, but you can only skin him once.

The replacement of the radio system does not work....unable to access GPS. Spent over an hour waiting for various interventions to correct problem. Have to come back and spend more time without my car. Service personnel were trying their best, but at the end of the day

When I scheduled my appointment online, I selected to have an oil change. When I dropped off my car, Jonathan asked if I wanted a brake flush, I said no, just an oil change- he responded with, OK so just the oil change and tire rotation. I said yes because by the way he spoke, I thought the tire rotation was part of the oil change (like other places I have been). To my surprise, I was charged $30 for the tire rotation. It’s my fault that I didn’t ask more questions but I felt completely mislead especially after I only selected the oil change while scheduling my appointment online.

Hi, My experience was completely unsatisfactory because I did not get any updates while waiting on my vehicle. I had an 10% coupon to use with this service and the representative did not add the coupon to my bill. Also, a replacement of one of the parts on my vehicle was made without my permission. I wasted 3hrs of my time just for an oil change and a diagnostic of my car trunk. I do not think I will be doing business with this company again.
