The quality of the work is always great but the amount of time it takes is disappointing. Was told an hour today and it took 1 hour and 45 min. To change the oil, cabin filter, and engine filter. Could have been in and out of valvoline in 20 min. Keep telling myself that it’s because ya all are more thorough in the inspection and all I hope that’s the case. Just seems like every time I’m there the expected time is exponentially less than the actual.

Upon my first initial service visit, after diagnosis, a cost was provided for repairs. I stated I had an extended warranty, which the service advisory argued I did not. This lead me to contact the sales and finance departs on my own to verify I had a 10 yr/100,000 mile warranty, which they did confirm. My cost was adjusted and parts were order. I received a call to schedule service. I was alerted repairs were completed but I could not pickup my vehicle until the payment was issued by the warranty company, I was then told I would receive a call back to pickup my vehicle. I never received a call and had to call the next day to inquire. My paper work was found and I was told I could pickup my vehicle. Upon pickup my invoice did not have the warranted cost removed and that had to be rectified. The correction were made and bill paid.

So kind as usual.even after nor being in as I was in the hospital and recovery. I feel like they got my service back on track. And today after discovering something in my tore the evening before my appointment. They added into my serviceno problem and took care of my concern

Good service, but I don’t know why the information of my vehicle is not updated at CarFax, it shows a price that’s it is not accurate with my car. When I bought the car, they told me that if I do the car maintenance with Toyota you will update the information to keep the value of the vehicle current.
Brought my vehicle in for an inspection, and the vehicle was failed for a windshield crack. The same windshield crack that was present when the vehicle was inspected by Shorkey last year, with no changes in size or location of the crack. It was passed by Shorkey in 2024 without issue, and when I questioned why it was failed this time Bill stated “There’s a new guy doing the inspection.” The explanation for the inconsistency in service and inspections was lackluster and no additional solutions were provided. Shorkey and Bill were unable to provide a consistent and acceptable service, and I’m disappointed in the overall experience.
I dropped off my car to have the TPMS light inspected. Bill called me after the diagnostic test and informed me that the issue wasn’t covered under the Gold Certified Toyota warranty, claiming the parts were aftermarket and not genuine Toyota.
To clarify, I spoke with the salesman I purchased the vehicle from. He consulted with a technician at his service center and confirmed that the issue should absolutely be covered under the Gold warranty. When I relayed this to Bill, his response was dismissive: “That’s something your dealership would have to deal with. It wouldn’t be fair to make my service center pay for what your dealership should have taken care of.”
There was a clear lack of empathy and zero ownership of the situation. No effort was made to double-check or collaborate on a solution. If I return and am told I’ll be working with Bill, I will immediately request someone else.
To make matters worse, the parts in question turned out to be genuine Toyota parts—and the issue was, in fact, covered under warranty. But that only happened after I had to escalate the situation and essentially make a scene to get someone to take me seriously.
Bill was great and knowledgeable with his service. When he didn’t know something pertaining to my service, he promptly found a colleague who did to show him through the steps. He was also very approachable and friendly! I would definitely go to Bill again when I need service on my vehicle!
