The prices for the repairs were outrageous. The insult that someone checked to see if the floor mats were the original and in the right place. What an insult.
Car was in for inspection. Had free inspection coupon was still somehow charged for the inspection. Oil change has been done there numerous times and was never charged as much as I was this past time. Service advisor was rude. Will really have to consider if bringing the car here is worth the hassle
We had our 2011 Toyota Avalon inspected, an oil change and the tires rotated. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Our Service Advisor: David Rusnak, was very courteous and professional. Thank you!

Hi I had an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped my car off and waited. I didn’t get my car back till 11:15. I understand it can take a little while but it was quite crazy how long I had to wait. I revived a text around 10:15 saying it would be only 15 minutes and I would receive the car back. Heard nothing till 11:15, so I walked up to the service desk to see what was taking so long. They finally said it was done. However no one knew where my car was. So I waited outside for over 5 minutes while they finally figured out where my car was. I was late for work because of how long it took. I will not be coming back here again.
The problem was not addressed. Wear tires on the inside is not normal.
Everyone was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable
I appreciated the care and professionalism displayed by everyone. I was also impressed by the new tech used to record the inspections and notify me of any issues.
