State Inspection and Service History was done in a timely manner - 2hr, on a busy Saturday.
You charged me 19.99 to rotate my tires. They were never rotated. It’s not Bill’s fault. The technician who worked on my car never rotated the tires. I marked them to see if they would be changed. They were not. I wonder what other work orders were not completed. I paid over 700.00 and I’m not very happy. I will be calling the service center on Monday

The work performed was fine. I have an issue with the text messaging system. I was given the option to skip the check out line and click on the link to pay. I clicked but I could not figure out how to pay. So I waited behind four people ahead of me, maybe 10 minutes, and when it was my turn, my total bill was about $100 more than the document I had viewed on the text message.
I had no issue with the work that was done or the employees.
I was told it was a centering ring making a noise from my accelerator and I got it fixed and the noise is still making a sound. I spent $173 for it to not actually be the problem. I was excited to get it fixed.
I had to pay for a battery test for my 2 year old car that wouldn't start. I lost time and money at work and still had to pay for something under warranty.

There is one outstanding issue stemming from my recent visit. The customer service, technical support, and craftsmanship were all outstanding. During the service the passenger side exterior door handle was accidentally broken. Bill notified me and appropriately asked if there was any previous issue with the handle, to which I replied no. He then let me know he’d ordered the replacement handle and will notify me to schedule a service appointment at no charge when the handle is received. So, once this is completed and the door is once again operable, I’ll be fully satisfied. I appreciate the service and the opportunity to provide feedback.
