Scheduled appointment for 7am, car was not looked at until 2:30pm. I understand things happen sometimes, just unfortunate today we needed it in the afternoon.

I miss the paper copy of the inspection check. The video said the brakes were 8/32 but I couldn’t remember where that fell in the spectrum of good/bad I had to get an old copy of a paper report to see what that meant. Same thing with tires etc

The wait time and customer service were great, but there were 2 dash board lights lit up when I got into my car. Had to look up in the owner’s manual how to remove them.

Everything was smooth and fast. Technician understood my concern about my front windshield panel and addressed it without any stress. Overall I am very satisfied and I will recommend others too.
The only issue I have with the service was I had the fuel tank recall fix completed. The time the work took and all that was fine, but I was dissatisfied with was the gas residue present on the driver seat. When I told my advisor is only recourse, was to tell me to leave the truck sit for a few minutes with the windows down. Unfortunately, that would not have helped because I sat down in the vehicle and had gas transferred to my clothes.. I had to drive home 50 minutes to the South Hills when is done smelling gas. Do you have any questions? Call me ****-****-xxxx. I hate typing on the phone. It’s not all correct.
