It was the worst experience I ever had in my lifetime. I'm 65. Had oil changed and it was spilled all over my skid plate on my tacoma pro.a very expensive truck. Used a oil that is not toyota approved.valvoline oil. Had a coupon for a free inspection and thought I was charged 134.00 and while I was going to leave my credit card company rang up 189.00. Thank goodness it did because I went back in and got reimbursed. But I know if that didn't happen I would have gotten charged the 189.00. I asked the service advisor if valvoline was a toyota approved oil he said yes. But when I called toyota corporate they said no the only oil approved was mobile 1 .I will never go back to your establishment nore will I ever recommend it.

Also I have to make another appointment for a problem with the Driver side seat heater! 2nd time I'm bringing in for the same issue! You can't adjust temperature, gets to hot. So much I have to turn it off.

Even though there was a power outage our car was finished on time
I brought my car in Wednesday and I’m still waiting to have the adjuster from Endurance to look at the car. I called Endurance this morning and they want my service advisor Bill to give them a call to start the process over again. In the meantime I’m still paying for a Rent-A-Car Daily and Endurance is supposed to pay for it.
She was kind. I sent her a message during the wait and she responded quickly. Good service
I was charged differently from the phone quote and online invoice. Upon inquiring why, I was told the system is broken and will always be, and those making the appointments are not aware of the charges to be applied.
I appreciate knowing what I will have to pay ahead of time, and it seems you are unable to support this request of mine going forward. Which is fine if that's just the way things work at your service center, but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
