recently brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a service call to have a second key fob programmed. I purchased the vehicle at the beginning of November, and expected this to be a straightforward process. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
When I arrived, the service specialist Joshua Rother was dismissive and told me he knew nothing about my appointment or the request to program the fob. Rather than offering assistance or checking into the matter, he simply said I was welcome to wait two hours until Melissa, the sales representative, arrived.
As a customer, I value clear communication and respectful service. Being told to wait without any effort to resolve the issue left me feeling disregarded. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve coordination between sales and service staff, so future customers don’t encounter the same frustration. Lyn V

I can't say it was a job well done. The check engine light (which was the primary reason for the visit) came back on during my drive home from your facility. I was charged quite a bit to replace a break switch, which was apparently not the cause of the error.
Your staff was kind, the experience of being in your office was nice, but the primary reason for my visit was not addressed. I am currently out $700 and in the same position I was in yesterday.

Very fast service. I took my 2023 Sienna in for emissions and state inspections. I was out in a little over 1 hour!
I've had 4 toyota's (1978 Celica NEW, 1986 Celica GTS NEW, 2010 4Runner USED and current 2017 RAV4).The RAV4 is giving me transmission shuttering between 35 and 45 mpH AT 109,700 miles. Disappointed that this is happening and Toyota has known about these issues - your recommendation $7,700+ transmission replacement or trade it in and pass the problem on to new customer.
