Mr.Mcginley was pleasant and professional. He also showed me how to set my clock! The staff is always efficient and I am always pleased with both the service and timing of same. Also, I am pleased to get appointments for service so quickly.

I want to thank Josh Rother and everyone at Jim Shorkey Toyota for replacing the headlights in my Toyota Sienna yesterday. I really appreciate Josh’s efforts to “squeeze in” this important service for my van. I’m so glad that I don’t have to drive around Pittsburgh at night with only one functioning headlight! .

Bill was great however I was never told that I would be charged a diagnosis fee. I would have never walked in the door to have my vehicle looked at had I known that there was no chance it would be covered under warranty.

I miss the personal touch of talking to a person about reporting or update on my car but it does make process faster. Also someone forgot to re set maintenance light after oil change so I had to do it myself

Everything was great except when I got back into my car there was black oil all over the drivers side door. Thankfully I have little kids so I had wipes to get it off enough to get home and clean it better. I would have said something while there but I had both of my children with me.
