My vehicle was left for pick up after hours by paying by phone. I found my vehicle with the only key accessible locked in my car with the driver’s window left open in a freezing weather with active snow. Luckily my co - worker stayed with me and helped me access the door lock to be able to get home .

I brought my RAV4 in for recall service because they told me that the parts were there. Once there I received a phone call where they told me the kit was there, but the cable they needed to replace was not there. So I returned the loaner vehicle and picked up my RAV4. Once I got into my RAV4, my screen was not working. I held in the power button to reset, but it did not work. The radio was going in and out with power. The screen would flash off and on. I tried holding it again. It did not work. The service guys were wonderful. They got me back into the original loaner vehicle that I had. I just expected more from the tech people working on my vehicle. It’s not something that I expected to have to be going back for.

Why would a service advisor not notify a client that they had a outstanding recall notice on their vehicle? And then when I tried to communicate that with them, I got no response. My experience with Jim Shorkey Jeep Dodge Ram far exceeds that that I have received from their Toyota service center.
