Service is always great. Only issue was with the pricing. I think my toyotacare was not applied. I was also told quote was around $70 at drop off then when I paid it was double that

In the past days I received a text message regarding a 10% discount on any work until December the 31. I can’t see that discount in the invoice. Please review and show where the discount is. Regarding the repair it looks like well done. Another important thing is that the prices you are asking for parts and labor are extremely high.
Sam provided excellent customer service . She communicated frequently and has extensive knowledge of the aspects involved in her job.
Everything was throughly explained, answered all questions, was dedicated to helping me solve my issues. Definitely will be back!
