The people who did the wash though didn't do s very good job. The back side of the car was very dirty. Had to take to an car wash to get it clean.

Did not receive copy of new tire warranty for the 4 new tires i bought yesterday and had mounted and balanced.

Service is always great. Only issue was with the pricing. I think my toyotacare was not applied. I was also told quote was around $70 at drop off then when I paid it was double that
