Good job today, thanks Mike, and Paul for taxi ing me
Amanda was very professional and personable
She kept me informed. She gave me a breakdown and prioritze for future work I need done. It was a wonderful experience.
I had a great experience thanks to both the service advisor Ryan Kavanaugh and the mechanic. From the start, Ryan is always friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took the time to explain what was going on, answered my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Dave the mechanic clearly went above and beyond. The work was done thoroughly and with real attention to detail. It’s obvious they take pride in what they do, and that level of care shows in the results.
I thought I’d be getting a complimentary car wash and vacuum
And did not
I appreciated the service managers honesty!
Mike was super helpful and friendly! Everyone working was kind and helpful as well.
Samantha really seems to go above and beyond for her customers. I appreciate it!
Michael and the whole staff were quick, efficient, nice, and amazing! Michael was knowledgeable and answered my questions with ease.
I appreciated Ryan talking to me in advance of what I could expect for today's Bill, ad well ad giving me a heads up about item that might need done next time.
So many things went wrong that didn’t have to. Huge waste of my time and effort.
Kate was very efficient and professional.
Bill was exceptional. I have been to the Jim Shorkey service department many times and Bill was one of the best service reps I have dealt with. He does a great job.
Fantastic customer service.
Kate was tremendous to work with and fix the issue that occurred with a bad oil change service I had.
The coffee machine is dangerous! Could get burned trying to get it out!
Amanda was great; however, my complaint is about the service quality.
Three months ago, you replaced the brake pads and resurfaced the rotors. Since then, I have consistently experienced steering wheel vibration when lightly applying the brakes at speeds above 40 mph.
When I brought the vehicle in today to address this issue, I was told that the rotors now need to be replaced. If the rotors required replacement, that should have been clearly identified and communicated three months ago rather than resurfaced.
As a result, I paid for rotor resurfacing, and now—only three months later—I am being told they must be replaced. That raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior service and the resurfacing work performed.
Given this experience, I am not comfortable replacing the rotors at your service center. Brake components are directly related to driving safety, and this situation reflects poorly on the workmanship and quality control of the previous repair.
This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable for safety-critical service
Perfect day, thank all of you!
I have oil leaking from my truck after oil change
