Oil change and tire rotation was fine. My disapointment was with the response to my concern about the 4 wheel drive disengagement. I felt like it was dismissive and I was told it's normal. I don't think a big clunk is normal on a 1yr old car.
I was serviced by Ryan today instead of Michael McGinley who was my November 2025 service tech. I have to say that both are amazing and can’t say enough good things of both. Please pass on to both my appreciation and help they offer. Toyota lucky to have! Also, Amanda who schedules the appointments is so helpful, professional, and efficient! Always helpful and man’s the phone to actually talk to someone! Again, Toyota lucky to have! Totally satisfied! Bernie Graff.
