My windshield washer fluid light came on before entering the dealership and came on again after picking up my vehicle from the dealership. My bill stated all fluids were checked and added as needed. That statement was obviously not accurate. I know windshield washer fluid is not a major item, but makes me wonder about all of the other fluids and/or checks.
I did contact Sami and she was great. She apologized (even though it was completely out of her control) and immediately offered to fill the fluid.
Samantha is great and the place is very nice. I really appreciate how well I am treated as a customer.
But the steering wheel still needs to be held to the left of center to go straight and even the is has worsened since the alignment yesterday. Specifically, I drove off fine, tested the 4wd drive in local parking lot, put back in 2wd and drove noticing having to hold the wheel left nearly always. At home I texted both sides of the road to gauge impact of the road crown. Even when driving in opposite lane (reverse crown) experience the misaligned steering wheel. Potential tolerance issues when engaging 4wd on other parts? Tie rods not adjusted ? I don’t know but it is driving me nuts!
Everything was explained and communicated thoroughly and with patience!
OTHER THAN THE PRICE AND HAVING TO PUT NEW BRAKES AND ROTORS ON A TRUCK WITH 19,000 MILES ON IT

When I got in my car, the rear view mirror was really messed up. It was twisted some way. The screen that should tell the speed, etc. had been altered.
I get that they have to try to make money, but after already telling the man that I didn't have the money for extra repairs, he suggested that I get 4 tires for over $1000!
I also.thought that inspections were free

Josh was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my questions and to explain thoroughly what was needed for my vehicle. He was professional and courteous whether on the phone or in person.
I was a little annoyed that it took 2 and a half hours for the technicians to do just an oil change, but Amanda made up for it by being kind and comping the service for me. I really appreciate that.
