Service took much longer than I was advised when scheduling and also longer than service representative advised me at checkin. This caused a significant problem for me. While it is not specifically Kate Youngs fault, my experience today will cause me to look elsewhere for future service needs.
I am so glad that Ryan is back as a service advisor at Toyota! He is very customer-focused and gives top-notch customer service! He explains things very well, is friendly, and attentive to all the pertinent details. I was most grateful with the way I was treated by Mike. He was so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions concerning my vehicle. In previous years, I must say that service was not the friendliest in the world, but Mike is a perfect representative of someone who makes the customer feel welcomed and valued.
I was also appreciative of how I was greeted by the gentleman who welcomed to me as I pulled into the service area. Also, very friendly and helpful.
