The representative was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They answered my questions clearly and made the process easy.
Josh was thorough and communicative and coordinated a timely shuttle service with Paul (who was also great) so I was able to get an appointment in while my car was being looked at.

Sam was good and it wasn’t her feint but the service people did not get the wind wiper on right. It still is not on tight it still flaps when the drive side
Window wiper is not properly on right and your service people if not know why. Please advise.

I had my car in for an oil change last week and then to get new tires this week. Both times I had to wait an absurd amount of time. 2 and a half hours for the oil change, and 5 hours for the tires. I wasn’t too happy about that. However Amanda made up for the annoying experience by going above and beyond by taking some things off my bill and just being super kind to make up for the long wait. She’s the only reason I’d keep coming back since having these bad experiences.
Samantha was great and very helpful and informative. I had a few questions on my previous recall and she was very helpful.
Paul the courtesy driver was also very cordial and friendly. We appreciated his help.
Service received was good. Car washed afterwards which was appreciated. Price reasonable for oil change and tire rotation. Service rep, Samantha, always great to work with. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and gets you in and out quick.

You should be more concerned with your customers
who are older (I’m 75) & waiting 1 hr 40 min in a cold
room is totally unacceptable. Going to my usual mechanic
for future inspections.
I appreciated the knowledgeable service and extra detailed information about my car that I would not have gotten anywhere else. Plus it was nice to get into a clean car at least on the outside.
