As soon as I turned the vehicle on the maintenance required light had popped up blinking. It took me a minute to realize that this is the oil light indicating it would need to be changed soon. It’s a small thing but now I need to find a time again to get the oil changed when it could have been done as part of that service. I paid 1600 dollars in repairs and a simple oil check could have been done.

I don’t wish to be contacted about this. My service rep said my vehicle was done when it wasn’t, and charged me for service I shouldn’t have been charged for. She also seemed annoyed by service I had requested when I scheduled the appt weeks ago, not knowing that that particular service isn’t completed on Saturdays. How was I to know that.

Samantha was great, this is probably the best experience I've had at the dealership, ahe was very cordial and in a good mood. I've had a couple of experiences before where the staff wasn't as friendly but she was great.

I came in for a check engine light. Samantha was able to give me an idea of the issue but had my car checked out to confirm. The issue was resolved quickly and I was able to get other services for my car before they were due.
