From the moment I stepped out of my car to when I left, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was not expecting to be in and out in an hour, and paid less than the estimate when I scheduled. Topping it off with coming out to my car cleaner than I arrived was such an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Best experience I’ve had at this service center! I wish I could have left a tip for everyone that helped and made me feel comfortable!
Josh was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated how he talked through the maintenance options. And when I picked up the car, we did a little “car talk.” Really nice. Also, I really like the video report on the car’s inspection.

I told the service rep that I had purchased 4 new tires in October/November, yet was charged $199 for tire rotation. I arrived at Shorkey for my appointment at 6:45 am. I left 4 hours later. My total for inspection of a 2 year old Tacoma was $850. In addition, I received a text to check under my hood, that mechanic may have left his pliers there. I drove the 40 minutes BACK to the dealership, they opened the hood and found the pliers. He also was looking for his wrench. I’m not OK with this.
All 4 tires were filled to 40 lbs. Of air. The manufacture suggests 35 lbs. I fixed it.
I was satisfied. I had a lot going on that day and didn’t think to even ask what all they did that day. Normally I received a video explanation or written synopsis
