No one believed my tailgate did not work on my first visit. I had to schedule a second visit. And then the parts were shipped to the wrong dealer leaving me without a vehicle for 4 days. Very inconvenient.
There should be a loaner vehicle offered for vehicles that cost this much. The staff was very kind. Your policies are not.

I am very satisfied with the service management and attentiveness to the vehicle and myself. Technician took time to correct matters and drive with me. Dealership compensated me for the troubles with key service and are pleasant and patient to deal with. I intend to continue doing service at Shorkey.
The matter with the vehicle pulling right (steering wheel off center to left to drive straight) unfortunately returned. Similar to before, this seemed to happen after engaging 4wd for a longer duration than briefly tested. Couple weeks ago with the big snowstorm, I then noticed the wheel position and right veer returned. It is not as bad as before but noticeable and needs attended to while driving roads. Perhaps if Shorkey is willing, it can be examined again and aligned/troubleshoot. I do have an appt scheduled in March for rear brakes and rotors.

I actually completed the manufacturer’s survey and provided high ratings. I was honest in sharing that I haven’t been to a dealership service department in years due to prior negative experiences. That said, working with Ryan was truly refreshing. He made the experience positive, took the time to help, and genuinely changed my perspective. Because of him, I feel more hopeful and confident about working with a dealership service department moving forward.

I have been coming to Toyota for years and have bought 10 cars from them. I’m always pleased with my service experience however this last visit was above and beyond the rest! I showed up for my inspection of course without the proper paperwork as I always tend to do and Bill and his neighbor with the amazing pink keyboard acted kindly and quickly to get me all set and squared away so I could still get to work on time even though it was my fault I was ill prepared! They made me feel at ease and did not make me feel as though I was a bother! Thank you so much for helping pick up my slack when you didn’t have to go out of your way! Bill thank you so much! 100/10 recommend this service center!
