Amanda was great; however, my complaint is about the service quality.
Three months ago, you replaced the brake pads and resurfaced the rotors. Since then, I have consistently experienced steering wheel vibration when lightly applying the brakes at speeds above 40 mph.
When I brought the vehicle in today to address this issue, I was told that the rotors now need to be replaced. If the rotors required replacement, that should have been clearly identified and communicated three months ago rather than resurfaced.
As a result, I paid for rotor resurfacing, and now—only three months later—I am being told they must be replaced. That raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior service and the resurfacing work performed.
Given this experience, I am not comfortable replacing the rotors at your service center. Brake components are directly related to driving safety, and this situation reflects poorly on the workmanship and quality control of the previous repair.
This is extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable for safety-critical service

Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Samantha. And the car was done sooner than expected.
I am blown away by Samantha Schopper's kindness. She fit me in at the very end of the day and was wonderful in explaining everything to me. I hope she gets a raise!
Mike was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He explained things well. An area for improvement for the service would be the following: I had a 230 appointment, I arrived at 315. I left at 4pm. The only thing that needed done was changing out 2 bulbs in the left front headlight. I thought that an hour and a half was a very long time to wait particularly with an appointment scheduled.

Sami was amazing and her and the techs actually listened to me. I’ve had some bad service advisors before, but Sami rocks and is super responsive! She deserves a raise and I’ll probably request her moving forward because she gets **** done!
