To be honest, your entire staff was excellent!Amanda was the best. The entire group was extremely helpful. I needed a cup of coffee and the nicest man tried to help me. No compliment coffee, I decided to get water. The nicest man who works for you paid for my purchase. Before I left, I had the staff in stitches…FOCUS! They will tell you what it means.

You may want to consider having the appointment scheduling folks inform customers of the 3% charge for using a credit card when they are making appointments.
Unfortunately there was some confusion with my elected service but as Michael is a new employee, he did try to make it right which I appreciate. I could only give a yes or no answer to this question, rather than a level ie: 1 to 5.
Ryan was great and very good at his job. One issue we noticed when he took me to my car was that a hub cap was not completely attached. He did a quick visual of the others. Looked fine but I lost the driver front the next day going to work. What can be done about this.

I love the services you and your team provide and I love my Toyota RAV 4 hybrid. This is my 3rd Toyota and our family has owned 5 Toyotas over the years. We are fans of the cars and love the service we receive. Everyone there is so helpful and very good at what they do. The waiting area is lovely and comfortable. Peggy E
