Mike did a wonderful job of explaining things to me and was very polite and professional! Enjoyed working with him!
The leather inside my door was dirty. Asked a gentleman at the drop off point if he had anything to clean it off. He said it looked like oil and tried wiping it with a paper towel which didn’t help. I got my own cloth to clean it. After leaving I noticed marks all over the dashboard and a black mark on the interior near the ceiling (likely from putting a new oil change reminder sticker on the window). Also the “maintenance required” message was not reset. I understand these are not major things, however, I expect my car to be returned in the same condition as when I dropped it off.
Very friendly and helpful. Mike explained everything that was needed, and with details on when they should be done.
When i arrived for an oil change my service adviser told me I wasn't due for an oil change, I pushed back because I've basically been getting them every 5-6k miles and no one has previously said anything. When I said the sticker said I was due for an oil change, the advisor said it was just a scheduled service reminder sticker. I can prove that was incorrect because I insisted on the oil change, and then the service tech never changed the sticker, so it's still on the window. My advisor at one point asked if this was my first toyota. Check your records people, there is an 07 prius on our customer profile, so you tell me. I won't be answering any further contact about this because I'm not wasting my time, but needless to say, I would like a different adviser next time.

The team was incredible. Kate Young gave impeccable service. I was having one of those days where my head wasn’t on straight. She helped me get sorted out and even printed out my new vehicle registration. I can’t say enough how great she was today!
Ryan was great and I appreciate his help and everything he did while helping be check in and check out. My only dissatisfaction is that nothing could be done to identify any issues with my Car Play which frequently fails to connect with my phone.
She is a good advisor. She answered my questions.

I cant believe after already paying a premium price for your service you are going to charge your customers an additional 3% for using a credit card. After purchasing 3 cars from your dealership (and planning on purchasing future ones) and having all my service work (amounting to thousands of dollars) done there for 15 years, you have lost a customer. I know you have to pay that 3%, but that is a cost of you doing business. I have never paid a credit card service fee and I never will.
To be honest, your entire staff was excellent!Amanda was the best. The entire group was extremely helpful. I needed a cup of coffee and the nicest man tried to help me. No compliment coffee, I decided to get water. The nicest man who works for you paid for my purchase. Before I left, I had the staff in stitches…FOCUS! They will tell you what it means.
