Service did not try to apply our warranty to a noise problem with our rear windshield wiper. We purchased an expensive extended warranty. We thought it covered electrical components.
Samantha was TERRIFIC, as usual. Shorkey is very fortunate to have her. The repair on my RAV4 is so well done!! I actually wish there was a way to know the mechanic's name because they deserve as much praise as Samantha does. What a great team!
