I brought my car in for a routine check up, oil change and tire rotation. Halfway home my dash board lights up tell me my tires need air. I would think that when rotating tires they would check to make sure the tires were properly inflated. Considering the back and front tires have 2 different pressures in them according to the manual. So I had to go around and inflate and readjust the air pressure in my tires. I have never had to do that before. Also there is no sticker placed on my car saying when the oil needs changed again. That was a first also. I have never had service like that from you before. So I was disappointed this time.

I think Bill Ellis is one of your better service reps. He is new but his kindness and his willingness to please is a definite improvement in today's auto service stations. Don't loose him.

Service took much longer than I was advised when scheduling and also longer than service representative advised me at checkin. This caused a significant problem for me. While it is not specifically Kate Youngs fault, my experience today will cause me to look elsewhere for future service needs.

I am so glad that Ryan is back as a service advisor at Toyota! He is very customer-focused and gives top-notch customer service! He explains things very well, is friendly, and attentive to all the pertinent details. I would recommend him as a service advisor to everyone and he greatly adds to the positive image of Jim Shorkey Toyota!
