They didn’t fix what the truck was in for. I tried the windshield fluid sprayer and it’s worse than it was before. It doesn’t spray up on the passenger side windshield

My multi point inspection showed that there was corrosion on the battery terminals. I had the technician clean them and I checked the work when I got home. It seemed like the technician rushed to get the terminals clean. The rubber cover to one of the terminals was not put back and the corrosion was all over the the side of the battery and everywhere around it. I had to spend time cleaning it up. I feel like the technician was in a rush to get the job done which concerns me about the quality of work at Jim Shorkey.
The trust is negligible. I asked for the old bearing and the old sensor to be left in my car and it was not. Additionally as I paid an arm and a leg for this repair I do not find it appropriate that Bill call any woman "hun", ever.

Over an hour for an oil change is ridiculous. I don't need 120 check points.
I will not be back. No need for Ryan or anyone to call me. I was told I would get a free oil change and than was given the run around about it. I felt embarrassed that I even had to ask. My trunk was also left a mess that I had to put pieces back in and fix my netting. Little things too. Clock wasn’t set. Ice on the windshield even though it was known I was on my way. I wasn’t happy the last time and this time was worse. It would be helpful for someone to read a book on customer service.

I spent over 7 hours at Jim Shorkey Toyota off of McKnight Rd (North Hills). I brought my 2013 Highlander in at 10 am today to replace all 4 spark plugs and to replace my rear windshield wiper. Estimated cost approx $720.
Long story, left at 5:30 pm, however I ended up needing more repairs (you can see my repair/ purchase history for many many years. Samantha Schopper is by far your BEST employee. Ryan was probably the best service rep I've ever interacted with in my 36 years of life. He has very impressive communication skills, patience, and charisma. I'm genuinely surprised he's not management or even c-suite.
