The team was very responsive thru text on progress. Because I was working and couldn’t get to the shop til after 5, my husband stopped by earlier to pay. He was told by an employee, “I can’t help you if you don’t know the name of your advisor.” My husband did not say a word, he walked away and did find someone else who was very helpful. I have to say there were other employees with their heads down, looking at their phones, and ignoring customers as well. But telling a customer ‘I can’t help you’ is unacceptable.

Kate did a fantastic job. However, the service tech with glasses working the evening shift on Thursday 3/19 was unbelievably rude. Showed up at 5:45 to drop my keys off before 6 to the door locked. The gentleman inside refused to come to door or help and simply kept yelling “we’re closed,” although it was 15 minutes before closing per the sign on the door that I was knocking on. Unbelievably unprofessional. I was simply looking for some help. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
