I was most grateful with the way I was treated by Mike. He was so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions concerning my vehicle. In previous years, I must say that service was not the friendliest in the world, but Mike is a perfect representative of someone who makes the customer feel welcomed and valued.
I was also appreciative of how I was greeted by the gentleman who welcomed to me as I pulled into the service area. Also, very friendly and helpful.
