Samantha is the best! Extremely polite, helpful, and communicates. Made me feel listened to. Was happy to explain anything I had questions about.
Kate was very kind and considerate as was Paul the shuttle driver.
I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately processed. 2:30 hrs later I was done. This seems excessively long for a state inspection and oil change. Not impressed at all.

We showed up today to pick up my car. Our “ advisor’” did not show up. We asked if after 30 minutes of waiting if we could have another advisor and we were told that we could not. We left for an hour and returned to no advisor ( Mike) and waited awhile and insisted on help from someone else. The service at Shorkeys has not met our expectations. We will be reluctant to deal with this dealership again.
I would be reluctant to buy another car from Shorkey.

Dave is great. He helped investigate the problem with my vehicle and saw things through. He communicated well to let me know what was going on and the expected wait time. He went out of his way to show me a location in the service waiting where I can do my remote work. I really appreciated everything he did to help me.
I got a text message saying Antonio was my service advisor but I have been quite happy with Sam so I replied that I was staying with Sam.
