So thankful for his knowledge!!! He prevented me from getting a new engine! My windshield does have a crack in it but Tony says he will take care of it for me.
On the inspection report, there was no second page. No evaluation of my car’s tires, brakes, etc. Also, there were no suggestions of maintenance services from Mr. Kordell that would keep my car running.
When I arrived … I was told I didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t help me. It was a female i spoke to both times on the phone. 1st call was for regular maintenance. Second call a couple days later was to ad a new tire for I did get a flat. I went through my phone and showed the not one call but 2 calls pertaining to appointments.
Issue …. At first I was made to feel … like I was lying.
I also own a person pleasing business. May I suggest some customer service breifing for your staff.
Very fast and thorough. Car was better than new.

Sam is a wonderful service writer, always incredibly attentive & accommodating! Recommend her to absolutely anyone, but especially other women. She doesn't push & she's straightforward with telling you what services & repairs are necessary.
Other than the huge price for two corrugated paper filters, I cannot find any reason to complain. Everyone with whom I interacted was efficient and courteous. Service was quick and convenient. On the drive home a small plastic cover fell onto the floor on the passenger side in the front. I’ll look to get in back in place in the daylight. This is the best car we’ve ever owned. It will get Toyota service as often as recommended so that it retains that rating at least twice as long as I am required to make payments.

25k mile service took over 2.5 hrs to complete, unsatisfactory! Not sure what's going on there but y'all need to figure it out.

While I was not thrilled with my experience.. however, I will say, Antonio worked relentlessly to find out information about my car and warranty. Even reached out to superiors of his to find out if my car was covered and seemingly went to bat for me as if I were him or his immediate family and /or friends. I’m not happy with the fact that the work isn’t covered (even partially) considering the caliber bolt is what caused everything, I believe that Antonio, really knew his information on my car, and customer service was amazing. Thank you!
