We were not a walk-in. We had setup an appointment to get the state inspection done at 11 am. It took more than 2 hours. What is the point of making an appointment if it cannot be done in a reasonably time period. Other than that no complaints.

It had nothing to do with Dave and he is not at fault. I blame Jim Shorkey. Ever since Jim Shorkey took over NH Toyota, service has gone down hill. You are trying to service too many cars at once. It should not take 2 hrs for the service I received. Not at all happy but I can't blame Dave. He's just the poor guy I see. Who are you reading this? Who sees you???

Michael was amazing today!! He explained everything and was very diligent. He heard a noise during the multicheck part of my appointment. He took me out for show me and explained what it could possibly be. He was so kind and nice. Five stars.
