Antonio was fantastic and did everything he could to make sure I had a good experience! However this is the 2nd issue I’ve had with my car and both time Toyota conveniently can’t find my warranty or coverage unless I’m insistent. Please concider improving this process.

Had to wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change.
Kate was very helpful as was Paul and others I spoke with . I wasn’t expecting 2.5+ hrs with an appointment. Also reset of dash and seat position is annoying
Was told 60 to 90min for an oil change. Reality was 2hrs. I don’t mind the time, I hate being lied to.

Antonio was an absolute lifesaver for me today (11/12). It seemed like it would take another day to get my wheel bearing fixed, but he got me out of there in only a few hours with complete professionalism and kindness. Saved me a day of work and a lot of headaches - I could not be more happy with the quality of my service.
It was a very good service and a quick time. Thank you for keeping my car working all these years and I very much trust your service technicians when they tell me that I need something done.
First off, I never write reviews but, haven’t been this disappointed in a long time. David is not the most friendly. The tech pulledmy air filters at 5k miles and kinda implied they could be switched out for new ones. The tech is also telling me he topped off the wiper fluid which is impossible because I did it the day before. What amounted to a routine oil change took 2 hours and I made an early appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait. It was the first oil change and you guys are treating it like it’s the 60k 70k service. And then Dave tells me I should have done express service but all I did is ise the jim shorkey email links for the 5k service. I could have dealt with dave and the unusually long wait time if it weren’t for your car wash. My 4runner left covered in soap and water spots. It looked worse than when it arrived. Regards, Brian F

It was not Dave’s fault. I brought my vehicle in today and waited and it was not serviced. I had to leave. Is it possible for me to have my vehicle service done early on Saturday the 16th?
