It seems your staff wants to SELL and not just service my vehicle. I was told immediately that I needed new tires, which I do not. The read is low (3/32) but will still pass inspection at this time. My inspection is due in August and I plan to get tires at that time. I’d appreciate being told what’s needed in the future and not feel alarmed before my car even goes to the shop.

I appreciated how courteous and helpful Roy was in answering my questions about my vehicle and allowing me to add the changing of wiper blades that I didn’t know was a service Toyota did. It saved me time from going to Autozone afterwards. This shaved a little time of my chore list. Thanks.

Let me make clear. Roy was great. However. Credit Card transactions are the most secure and efficient form of payment available to any business. The fact that you would charge a 3% fee for a payment method that is entirely advantageous to you is appalling.
