I am furious!!! About 2-3 miles after leaving the service center a warning light/alarm came on the dashboard warning me of low oil pressure & to turn around & go back to the center. It was past 5:00, the center was closed. I continued home & arrived safely. I will not be able to use the car to participate in my usual Sunday activities including missing my grandson’s home opener baseball game. I expect to hear from you on Monday.

In the end, Kate was great, she facilitated service in a timely manner. When I arrived, however, the greeting and intake procedure was botched with a lack communication about what service was being done and how long it would take. My contact info wasn’t in the system somehow and so all of the text communications went to my spouse who was at work elsewhere.
