This was not my first time coming to this dealership for work. They run on time, explain things and proceed efficiently.
My wife and I do business with Jim Shorkey Toyota because of Ryan Kavanaugh working there. We believe he is well educated, honest and he represents his employer with integrity. We have not found his quality at any other dealership and are glad he’s there to help us.
I didn’t even bring my car in for service today. The last two times I’ve had appointments to bring it in I was told to not even leave it because they couldn’t do anything with it even though it continues to have major issues. Last I was told, I was going to have to leave it for a month or more and have a long term rental, but that hasn’t been communicated with me yet.
Roy was super personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about what I did and didn’t need for my vehicle.
Kate was extremely patient and helpful while explaining how the Toyota Care service schedule determines the maintenance steps/operations that would be performed today and the steps/operations that were performed in the past. She was also very thorough and thoughtful in letting me know about how the next service visit might likely occur and what I could expect.
Ryan was very helpful discussing what service was needed.

Ok … i only get my car serviced at Toyota.. I always trust them when
I made the appointment because wheel shakes at 50 to 60 MPH. I asked that spin balance and alignment be checked. Shorkey aligned the vehicle but I see no mention that spin balance was checked. Problem remains.
Mike was great. Very professional and courteous.
Roy was great no problem there. Had an oil change, but the maintenance warning continues to come up even though I had one of greeting guys go through the menus to turn it off.
Bill made check in easy and Kate had the paperwork ready for me to sign at pickup
This was my first encounter with Roy! Roy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Roy thoroughly reviewed my previous service history and suggested the "next course of action". I love my Toyota CHR and I love the "service" I always receive from your talented personnel! Thank you Roy...Job Well Done!
