A different and positive experience!
This is the third time I’ve had to bring my vehicle in for the same issue that has yet to be corrected. I had to file a complaint with Toyota in an attempt to get this issue corrected. Jim Shorkey Toyota refused to correct or look for a solution to my problem unless I paid for services that were failed to be previously correct in past visits. This is completely unacceptable.
Josh was very helpful and kept me well informed with the progress of my vehicle and the warranty company that he had to deal with. He was pleasure to work with. The technician also did a very fine job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.
Dave was great!! I wish the glass people would have cleaned the glass. There are giant marks from the suctions on the glass. It would have been nice to have fresh clean glass that didn’t require me to do more work.
She was kind and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also kept me update on what was going on with my car and asked if they could put a new filter in ornot and showed me a picture of what it looked like. I also like the video of my car and the mechanic showing me and giving me his options on what shape my car was in. I love this new feature! Thanks again for your care for me and my car!
My comment is that the language in the text doesn’t match what con be done for $29.99.

“ Okay, we can do a 6 month express maintenance check then if you would be interested, it is $29.99 and includes a check of the alignment, check tire tread depths, multipoint inspection, check fluids, check tire pressure, and rotate tires if needed - did you want to schedule for this service?

The concerning part pertains to “and rotate tires if needed”, which should be part of the $29.99 cost.
However, Kate told me that there would be an additional charge of $29.99 if the tires needed rotated.
That is NOT what the text indicates.
If Kate is correct, the text should be edited to make that clear.
Service advisor Michael was great to deal with. Text reminders/chatting with Micheal was awesome. My vehicle was completed in a timely manner.
I was satisfied with the personnel and how I was treated, but after spending $1585 last week and $715 this week for the same problem and it is still not resolved. I am very disappointed. I will have to drop the car off tomorrow And I will leave it until heater/air conditioner works properly.
