your staff has rude behavior. first rule of customer service is courtesy and putting customers first not the other way round. and on top of it customers pay money for the service and don't get it for free so i don't get the ruse behavior part because your business needs customers and still showing attitude as you are the only service provider what nonsense is it!

Samantha is very smart and very knowledgeable and professional at her job.She makes sure before I leave with my vehicle that she has explained everything to me about my car. Each time I come to the service department she is greets with with a smile and calls me by my name,. She goes the extra mile for her job, she is a keeper. Thank you.
I waited for an oil change appointment from 1 hr and 40 min and no one ever looked at my car! I will NEVER be back!

They were very thorough and while it took awhile the wait was comfortable. It would be helpful if they have got an estimate of how much time or will take before you get there so you can be prepared, but that would just be a bonus

We brought the car in to get the blower fixed as it was making a loud noise. We were called and advised to also purchase HVAC cleaning, which we did. Then, we were told the car was ready for pickup. We turned on the fan immediately and the noise was still there - no change at all. We took it to the service desk where we learned that the blower was full of acorns and hadn't even been looked at. Now we're left wondering what we paid for and why we were upsold when the original problem wasn't addressed.
The customer service person (Samantha) was excellent. She was responsive and helpful. The service techs did not address our issue before notifying them that the car was done. It seems they were more interested in upselling us than in addressing the problem we came in for. We purchase all of our cars from this dealership.

A 2nd oil change was performed and we were charged for it. No one asked if it was okay to do it a 2nd time, it was just completed and then charged. The oil was just changed last year and absolutely no way would we have said okay had we been asked. We wanted the yearly oil change, not 2 of them. I’m very disappointed in the prices and the lack of communication that we were waiting while it was inspected with an oil change. Spending 6 hours there was not what we had planned for.
