I love Jim Shorkey service experience. HOWEVER……..I don’t think that I need to praise someone for doing what they are supposed to do. I have no complaints. This is like awarding a participation medal. Great job for doing your job guys! Really appreciate y’all for not **** me off?

It was just my 5000 mile "first service" so I wasn't expecting any issues (and didn't have any) Kate checked in a couple times and let me know the status and remaining time. She confirmed that I also received the text messages, which was nice.
