Michael was very busy. However, he took the time to explain all to me and answered all of my questions. He is courteous and professional,
I’d first like to preface with my service advisor, Dave, was very helpful answering my questions and concerns. The new system being used is impersonal and somewhat confusing, however, and will likely impact brining my car into the dealer for service in the future. While service recommendations were addressed, having an opportunity to discuss whether a service is needed or recommended is not only good customer service, but for someone on a budget, crucial. Maintaining a vehicle is expensive and often times leads to unexpected, additional expenses. Attempting to remove the human element from the process is a terrible decision. I’m grateful Dave was willing to communicate directly throughout the process and to be honest, previous appointments prior to using this new process were more streamline and efficient, for what it’s worth. Thank you in advance for taking this into consideration.

I got my second key yesterday from the recall and it didn’t come with the key to open the door. The remote doesn’t have a key ring on the device because it’s only provided when you have the physical door key. Very stupid. Most people put the car remotes on a key hook. Other than that everything else fine.
I scheduled an oil change for my highlander. Got there and they asked for my corolla. Just needed an oil change. Two and a half hours later we were told my highlander was inspected and needed $1,400 in service. Just needed an oil change. Declined all service. Was charged for inspection I did not need. Just needed an oil change. Will never be back again with any vehicle.
Kate is knowledgeable and more importantly young! She has so much to offer to this company as she continues to grow. Very educated. Thank you Kate!
I came in with a $50 coupon to go towards replacing my air filters with my annual inspection. I purchased my car at Jim Shorkey so my state inspection was free. I don't show the $50 discount on my air filters. I called and left voicemail for David as well as text twice.
I have still not received a response.
