I literally watched the service tech that drove my truck out of the service bay do almost 30mph in the parking lot, drift a corner, and speed into the drop off bay. Expressed my concerns with the technician and the service advisor and was told “oops it’s wet outside”. Service advisor told me I would get a call from the manager but I doubt that’ll happen with my recent experience of my truck getting scratched the last time I was there. I don’t think I’ll ever bring my truck back. What’s the point of Toyota care if you can’t even take care of my Toyota. Do better.
Kate walked me through the process and the required changes, which allowed me to react quickly so that my repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Pricing of repairs is NOT transparent. Some coupons are misleading and not worth as much as they appear. I assume my repair was done correctly, but can’t help feeling that I was taken advantage of from a price standpoint. I have a second Toyota in need of a repair, but will be taking it elsewhere.
My repair associate was friendly and efficient, and I don’t blame him for any of this. This is clearly a systemic corporate shortcoming.

David was tremendous! But I waited for a tie rotation and oil change today for 3 hours and 10 minutes. My appointment time was 1030. Once I left the service center, I stopped at my brother’s. I found a part from the air filter in the passenger side floor. I stopped back at the service center to have it put back in place. I’ve been coming here for service since my purchase of the vehicle in September of 2019. Today’s experience was absolutely ridiculous.
I should be compensated with a complimentary rotation and oil change. In total time spent today, including backtracking to the service center, 3 hours and thirty minutes.
I drove my new car with the window down while the part sat on your counter. It was cold and wet in my new car. I won't be back to repair or buy. This is my 11th Toyota and last.

I’ve known Mike for many years. Always a professional day in and day out
I had my girlfriend take my truck into get serviced. Afterwards she told me that the vehicle maintenance managers were very dismissive of her and very short with responses to her questions regarding the service.
The service was great. All issues were well explained to me and all costs where provided before work was started.
