Horrible service and your company refused to fix an issue that has been recurring since I’ve purchased the vehicle. I will be trading in my truck because it will be too costly to replace tires every 10,000 miles due to faulty alignment that Jim Shorkey and Toyota refuses to address. I will never purchase another Toyota and will recommend that everyone avoid Toyota and Jim Shorkey at all costs!

It was just a 55,000 mile checkup and when I checked in I was told it would be 1 hour, 90 minutes at the most. It was over 2 hours. Also, the new process of texting to show what has been found and ask if I want things done was not user friendly and required me to go to the service tech inversion for clarification, wasting time.

Josh was great. He corrected an issue created by the schedulers who scheduled my appt too late in the day for the service. This isn't the first time they have done this with me. I would suggest not using the scheduling service or training them appropriately. I will only schedule with the on-site service desk in the future.
