When I returned to my car to leave. There was a coffee cup in my cup holder and a wrapper in the other cup holder. It was the white cup and white lids from the lobby. I was very upset to see my car returned dirtier then I dropped it off. I had to throw that away. The coffee was half drank.

Asked for an oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. Got a text telling me it was urgent to change my air filter. However, on the document, it stated “yellow” or near expired. The cabin air filter was also flagged and a large amount of debris was dumped on the floor and glove compartment. Also, stated UVEIW HVAC Service required immediate attention. The estimate of $106.95 to vacuum some debris from the ac element. Hey, good luck, won’t be seeing me again.

Hopefully I don’t run out of characters to speak about how terrible this dealership is. Very first thing, I come in and I ask a simple question, how long will it be? I was told one hour. Which seems like alot for a simple oil change but whatever I can wait. But I only did have an hour as I had a Doctors appointment right after. I usually do my own car maintenance but given how cold it’s been I didn’t feel like doing it outside so I decided just to pay the $80. Anyway, an hour goes by and the service advisior says just a few more minutes, so I stand there and wait and he is going over some things in your “multi point inspection” well the total time since I left you my car, and leaving was 2 full hours, ridiculous. I do my own oil changes in 20 minutes and we both know damn well your “multipoint inspection” walk around doesn’t take an hour and 40 minutes so even after making an appointment there is no sense of urgency, or need to tell the truth to a customer. Now besides the MASSIVE waste of time this 2 hour oil change took, when looking at things that needed maintained the service advisior found that I needed a new cabin filter. You wanna know what he quoted me? $75, for a cabin filter, that’s outrageous. And when asking why did it cost so much I was told that it’s “because you guys bill out $145 an hour”. Well what about my time spent waiting over the time I was quoted? I should have billed you guys that $145. I can get 2 cabin filters off Amazon for $13.42 and put one in, in about 40 seconds, 40 seconds literally I timed myself. So yes maybe your Toyota brand filters might be more expensive but that doesn’t justify charging a customer $40 labor for those 40 seconds. I just feel bad because what if I was an elderly customer who knew nothing and just payed my hard earned money because a service advisor told me I needed a service that you charge about $2400/hour for (changing cabin filters). If I wanted to get ****, I’d go to a ****, not Jim Shorkey. Now let’s talk about the terrible dealership environment. Come on guys what ever happened to some class? A filthy “snack” area with a coffee machine, and a vending machine. A vending machine, really? Gonna charge for chips and drinks? What happened to good service at dealerships. The chairs are uncomfortable and awkwardly placed, makes for a terrible waiting environment and a television on way too loud that nobody is watching. Not only will I never step foot in that slum you call a dealership, but I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody else does either. All around horrible experience.
