This is, I believe, the third time I have been with Antonio and each time he handles my situation wonderfully! He does a great job having my back and explaining everything so I can understand. He always gives me, what I feel, is the best advice he would take himself and as someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciate that. I’m not sure if they secured the spare after correcting the TPMS light. There’s a rattle come from the rear of the car now.

Maintenance was performed on my vehicle in a timely manner.
The issue with my vehicle was not found. The streaking with the brakes and the thumping noise when pulling out was not found.
This issue did not happen before brakes and rotors were installed.
Rust on brakes and tire cupping was the diagnosis.
I believe a part is sticking.

Tha communication was very bad. I called multiple times and my calls were never answered. Very frustrating. When I finally picked up the car , the maintenance light was not reset. As in the last several visits.
