Everything went well. They finished my vehicle while I waited.
I was at the dealership one month ago, and paid over $700 to fix my brakes, only to be told today that the problem still exists. No manager was available to speak with me, and my car left having not been fixed even though I paid for the extended warranty. I am a loyal Toyota driver of over 30 years, but your service department is terrible. Kate did the best she could today considering the circumstances, and the inability of your dealership to fix my vehicle was the problem, not her service.

Michael went over and above to get my car serviced. I had said I would drop it off but my wife totaled our other car and not realizing that those waiting deserved first spots , Michael did a super job of getting my car inserted in his flow. A big thank you to him for his professionalism

My car was damaged during service. A 2024 4Runner with only 5k miles was hit on its driver’s door. Nobody told me anything and nobody apology for what it happened to my car. When I let them know about the damage they made me wait 30 extra minutes to watch video cameras. Then, they accepted their responsibility on the incident. I asked how we were going to proceed and they told me that a technician will go to their facilities to fix my car. I asked if another car will be provided once this one is repaired and they said not. Then, another representative interrupted my conversation with Josh and said that yes, another car will be provided. I asked for a formal report about the incident so I can have a legal proof that the incident occurred there and it was very tough to get it. Very very poor customer service and I am disappointed that my 55K dollars car was damaged already affecting its market value and I didn’t receive at least one apology. I am planning to move forward with some bad reviews, also submitting a claim under the Pennsylvania General Attorney.
The service is always superb and Jonathan did a thorough job on an extremely busy service day. We especially appreciate the service of John who checked us in and out at the desk. John was a pleasure to interact with. John even thanked us for being patient! The whole staff especially the “runners” outside are hard working and a pleasure to interact with! I asked for the car to be washed at completion of service. Upon arriving for the pickup, I realized that the car had not been washed. The service technician proceeded to send the car to be washed. However, the job was not done to my satisfaction, as I still found bird droppings that had been there before.
The new system makes it really easy to check on the suggestions made by the service department. I like how the videos explain what they notice and when parts should be replaced.
