They didn't wash my car for some reason? Other than that I really like how they communicate with you during your vehicle maintenance

I dropped the vehicle off at 9:15 a.m. and was told it would be done at 1:00 p.m. I arrived at 1:25 p.m. and did not get out of there until 2:15 p.m.

The service guy mess my car seats...he had a dirty hands and I saw my front seats has his fingers print...and also he doesn't install proper my sienna glove box....
