I would say Mr. McKinley could use a little work on his people skills. Every bit of conversation felt as though I was annoying him. He was also not very willing to discuss why certain elements of the 30k mile service were not completed and were now needing pricey service. I and on my 4th Highlander with your dealership and have never encountered an advisor like that. I have a choice where to take my vehicle as I am equidistant between Shorkey and Spitzer. I’m not sure where I will take my Toyota for its next service but I can say I will not be working with Mr. McKinley again.

Josh didn't seem at all concerned with the issue we're experiencing with our van. I talked to him yesterday asking that he try to start the van in the morning and let us know if it started. I called at 930 this morning and he said he was about to start it. I asked him to call me once he tried. I called back at 1 because I didn't hear from him. He never called me back. We were paying for a rental car because they didn't have a loaner and he had no sense of urgency to respond or communicate with us.

i’ve been going here for years.. samantha is the best, very professional and easy to talk to and knows how to help if something comes up. if it wasn’t for her i would probably maybe go somewhere else
