David said the issue was fixed but it’s not and still charged me and blamed the conversion company It’s not a conversion issue I need a refund and for Toyota to fix the issue

I did not expect to have so many things wrong with my car. I admit that I was shocked as there was more and more wrong due to rust. But I wax in touch with Dave and he explained everything although I did not really understand his explanations. I did trust him and overall was completely satisfied.

Its less than a year I bought the 2024 Rav4 hybrid. I came in for a 1 year /10K miles service and while there informed the service rep that when I press on the brakes it makes a slight squeaking noise. If I could get it checked out as well. She didnt seam to care and started to tell why she couldn't do it. Its sad because she didn't not even note it down. I am extremely disappointed with the Kate and the Shorkey service staff.

I don't need someone to contact me. You guys know what you did wrong. I already spoke with the manager. Next time make sure all hoses and clamps are installed properly. Everyone loves bringing their car immediately back to the mechanic after driving a mile down the road and spending 6-7 hours in total waiting.

All the people I dealt with at Jim Sharkey Toyota were great. Carrie did an awesome job in the sales portion and Ryan through finance was very very good. Can’t say anything but good. I’ll buy a vehicle from you again.
