I have always had a great experience here. I hope the level of customer service and care continues as it makes a huge difference and makes for a repeat customer.
Failed my inspection because of windshield wipers which are totally functional. Then dave said they were going to do recall on gas tank issue but they didn’t do that because he didn’t realize it was 3:30 in the afternoon. Which is when my appointment was for. So not only didn’t I get my inspection completed the recall didn’t get done either. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of my day. Very poorly run operation

I stop getting my regularly scheduled maintenance done once I found out your service advisors work on commission. I have taken my business elsewhere. How am I expected to trust what they are “advising” me. I don’t know if it is something I truly need or if they are just trying to make sales quotas/bonuses.

I also had work done for $190 charge and have absolutely NO IDEA what the purpose of this charge was for!! I feel I really got taken advantage of and will not be coming back for anymore service!!
The service advisor (David) was not very polite or nice. He does not seem to like his job. He tried to sell me service that was not needed. He charged me $70 for an emissions inspection. Part of the charge was the safety inspection sticker and shop charges. I feel he was angry with me because I did not accept service that was not needed for my vehicle.. I purchased a vehicle at North Hills Toyota and was told that I had lifetime free inspections Very dissatisfied. Service advisor’s name is David.
