I had an appointment and it took 2 hours and 19 minutes for an oil change then was told my battery was bad and tried to sell me a 300 dollar battery I went and had it tested after I left and it’s fine only bought the truck about 6 months ago and it’s had a gold certification through you guys and this is the first dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from new or used and the first oil change was not free then presented a coupon when it was finally done and was given a hard time because I didn’t show it when I checked in and my tires were scuffed up on the drivers side from what I can guess is when they took it through the wash bay so I’m completely disgusted with the service from your place out of all the dealers service I have been to over the years this was the worse one by far

While my serviceman wrote that my car was not to be washed and despite hanging the sign about care post autobody repair on my dashboard my car was run through the carwash which could damage the new paint. Otherwise I was pleased with the service and communication throughout
