She is great , approachable like some of yr service people, I never have had anything bad to say, they keep you informed, the new insight on videography on car repairs needed seems an awesome thing to provide to clients like me,, have always been impressed with this dealership even before Shorky took over,, love my 10 year car Toyota COROLLA, impeccable better than fords, or Chevy,, that’s why I love the Toyota cars In Nashville, the transmission and engine has been a blessing on my budget, Thnk you , Kate was wonderful!

Check out process was lacking... the website did not show what so called card was to be charged so I decided to pay in person...while in person I stated I was there to pick up my car and I was asked..who my (i believe) advisor was ???.... that was new to me , I fortunately remembered talking to a Mike so i threw that name out there, I was told to go to the next cubicle and there were 2 men there and once again I was asked who is my advisor ???!! And when I said Mike, the man was gonna send me back to the 1st person until I stated he sent me there. The man went to an empty desk and got my paperwork and completed my checkout. I think a customer should be acknowledged by who they are and not by who did their paperwork...I believe that is what you call an advisor? I dealt with 3 people in total and they all seemed engrossed in their computers, ...my husband was with me at the in person check out and felt the same as me. The...."Ippolito's"
