Everything was done well in a professional manner but at the end the car wasn't washed as previously requested and promised. I even supplied a coupon for "free car wash with any service" printed from your website. Normally this wouldn't bother me but is happening for a second time...

I have questions regarding the repair of my car in correlation with it.Then needing a front end alignment to calibrate the air bag repair.
I would not like a phone call- customer service was fine. I do feel the company tried to upsell me on tires when they are not needed, overpriced the filters suggested, and pushed an oil change when one is not due. My total was near $2,000. I ended up doing the bare minimum with you all- and took it to a local shop, highly recommend and was quoted $1200 LESS for the same work, and told the tires were not necessary anytime soon. I will not be returning. Unfortunately my experience has been less than expected at my last few appointments, today was the final straw. Thank you for your time.
Time it took for an oil change and to rotate tires was extremely long! App was for 9:30am and I was waiting for the car. I was finished at 1:30.
