When I picked up my vehicle, it began shaking on my drive home; which was not an issue when I dropped the car off. I was told this was because “taking apart the assembly exacerbated the issue” and caused shaking. I reached out to my normal mechanic who said that is not acvurate and that I should bring the car back in to have it fixed.

The whole process from the beginning was not smooth. They forgot to offer the dashcam. I only found out because I had contacted numerous times to follow up. Then I schedule a time to come in today waited over an hour to be told they are unable to install the dashcam that is supposed to fit my car due to some wire harness problem. Why was this not found out prior to my arrival or ordered the correct harness or additional harness. This wasted over an hour and a half of my time due to an error on your behalf. Why would the parts salesman sell me a product that does not fit or does not have the correct harness. You are the dealership not an aftermarket these are your cars.

Not a huge deal, but I disn’t receive the multipoint inspection summery with brake, tire and other information. I only noticed because my previous inspection indicated “yellow” on tires and I was interest on where they are now. I called in after the appointment to request the report but have not had a response.
