Kate was welcoming, informative and fully explained the scope and time of service. She kept me informed about the status of the service and the coverage under my service plan. She also provided a timeline for future service appointments based on my current miileage.

I don’t have something not really look good with the body of the car and I drop it to show my sales person he was denied and he says we cannot fix it. You can do in your own. I need to know what is going on.

I didn’t have a good experience with David Rusnak. Everyone else I interacted with was nice. David was unpleasant both on the phone and in person, made it feel as though I was a nuisance. I had to ask him what my total was and remind him to charge me for the service after he dismissed me. I also requested that the technician look at and give an opinion about discoloration I noticed on my dashboard infotainment screen when I scheduled my appointment and again when I dropped off my car for service. When I asked David for their opinion during pickup, he became standoffish and kept going on about how it isn’t a problem for a bunch of assumptive reasons unrelated to my concern. All I asked for was the technician’s opinion, and David gave me a condescending debate for my trouble. This makes me feel that I won’t be taken seriously if I ever have a serious mechanical problem with the car I bought new from Jim Shorkey.
he is very awkward.. never gets or calls me with vague messages like call me back. then never gets back. is the car done or needs something else? very frustrating. he called me and it was like pulling teeth. he wouldn’t say anything, very weird. normally you would say oh its done or it needs something else. it was dead silence until i tried to see what was going on. i don’t complain but i’ve been dropping thousands in a couple months w my cars age. Samantha was the best. i might go to a different shop
I will contact u all later about trading my Venza in for a Crown with the equivalent body style. Hope you take into account that I’ve babied my Venza in terms of preventive maintenance. Just can’t accept $5400 trade in value
