Good job well done in and out less than hour
When I saw my tire diagram on the screen I was alarmed by the fact that my brand new tires I bought at you shop had one tire significantly diminished while the other three were exactly the same. The service tech immediately blamed "the rain" as the reason it was off. Really??? If that were the case, you would not be using this technology. You would not be posting it for me to see and question. And you would have all of the readings skewed instead of one tire. Then, as the morning progressed, every glitch and question was referenced to the rain/storms causing problems. Ie, my bill went from $180 to $265. Really? When I questioned the tire issue again at the end of my visi, I was again told to not worry it was just the rain. This gives me absolutely no confidence to return to your shop and feel like I am going to receive competent and safe advice or service.

I plan to investigate why I needed almost $1100 in maintenance concerns when my vehicle inspection 6months ago did not mention any of them.
Dave was extremely helpful explaining the necessity of the repairs and understanding my shock- I had only scheduled a tire rotation and a battery recall.

Although the dealership was running a special deal on bundled services, he didn’t tell me about it. I had to find it myself to get the price. It was easy but I would have appreciated him letting us know that a special price was available.
